This is my blog page about our legislative process. Why are we putting up with this type of legislation in our government. Anyone can write a law, and pay off a senator to push it through, ANYONE! Can you say.... terrorists making laws in your country to attack you legislatively? DID YOU KNOW..... There is a difference between animal welfare, and animal rights!! First, I want to tell you that Animal Rights Activists are really not who you think they are. They operate under the label of animal welfare, but they actually hate animals, and people. Animal welfare is the right for an animal not to be abused and live a comfortable life. Animal rights is a term that some people are using to convince you that animals should have the same rights as a human in every other way, if not more. I love animals as much or more than the next person, but even I am not nieve enough to think that animals have rights OVER a human. Use your head, think before you donate! At the rate legislation is going, you could have less rights than animals in the future. The biggest scam of animal rights is Humane Society of the United States (HSUS). Yep, thats what I said, Humane Society has an agenda that is masked by animal rights. Their goal is to trick you out of your donation money by showing you a photo of a sad puppy in a petstore cage, or a kitty with an eye infection. Look in the background, are they in a vet's office! They even went to the extreme as to name their organization after an animal welfare organization. Confused? Your donation money funds their efforts to take away your human and constitutional rights, nothing more. Telling you that there are Puppy Mills out there by the droves, simply Not true. Most of what they call Puppy Mills are either USDA required cage kennels, or their own staged efforts to further fool you and I. Trust me, PETA has a good reputaion for staging videos that look devastatingly horrible, but that are just little home movies. Do you know what a puppy mill is? No, you dont, you only know what someone is trying to fool you into thinking it is. If you see a facility that raises large numbers of dogs, know that they are the USDA government liscensed facilities and are the only ones allowed to sell to petstores. Ooooh, yes PET STORES! You have to be a licensed facility to be allowed to sell to a pet store. Kind of like Tyson's Chicken are the type facilities allowed to sell to your grocery store because they are USDA licensed. Are they considered a chicken mill? Get the picture? *** Before you donate... Use Common Sense! Check out what the money is used for before you donate! Every club who is non profit is required to show what they use their funds for! *Check it out* Or do not donate money to them at all. If you want to help... take some old towels, blankets and toys, or dog food to your local shelter. That actually help animals. If you want to help... send money to the United Way, or to Salvation Army. Send your local woman's shelter money for food and clothing! Dont fall for the hype, please be smart. Not every cause is worthy of your donation, or telling you the truth. Donating to human aid is a smarter way to go every time. We would be more than happy to help you determine who is who by giving you the information as it comes to us about the criminal scammers, and activities of animal rights activists groups working hard to take away your freedom, and your rights. What can you do to prevent pets from being outlawed?? What can you do to prevent McDonalds from buying meat in a back alley?? ** This page is going to sound redundant to you, but I hope that something I say will sink in and help you understand. Do not donate money to any organization who shows you a photo of a puppy or kitty unless they are going to send you that puppy or kitty! You can educate yourself rather than relying on media propaganda, and false advertising from these radical organizations. You can contact your state preresentatives (hoping that PETA or HSUS arent paying him off too) and let your voice be heard. You can contact any state senator or representative or governor and voice your opinion. Let them know that we know not all breeders are puppy mills, we are not all animal abusers, and that most are responsible breeders of any animal species. And that you are tired of the government thinking that they know better how to raise animals than the people who have been doing it for hundreds of years. Stop letting them take away your rights without saying what you think! If nothing more than sending an email every day to let them know what your opinion is on PETA and HSUS. And let them know that you are now aware that those so called cage kennels they call puppy mills are actually the Government's own required USDA liscensed houseing for animals! Let them know that PETA and HSUS are terrorists, and kill more animals per year than an other organization out there. Ask them to actually do something to represent you, not just their political party. Ask them to look into their PETA facility of Norfolk Virginia, and to tell you what they think of the animal kill facility there. Ask them to check out the funds spent from a 501C corporation and where they spend their funds. Non profit means non profit. Why is the HSUS selling dog food at Petco and crates at Walmart? Why are they spending money on lobbying and legislation under the claim of ASPCA? Why are they purchasing stock in Jack in the Box and Shake and Steak? Non Profit? Then why arent they paying taxes just like you and me? Thats what they are doing with your donation money, getting rich. Ask your legislator to actually read the bills they sign that make decisions for you and me. They are representatives for you, let them know what you want them to do. Educate them... the lobbists for those other organizations do, you can too. Let them know that they work for you, and you can fire them by voting them out if they do not support your freedoms. ** Ask them why they feel compelled to spend their time and your money to legislate a "fix" for industries that arent broken? Is it to make them feel good, line their pockets, or get votes? Think about that. ** Call people like Oprah who is one of the largest backers of these puppy killers called PETA and HSUS. Ask her to stop supporting them. Ask her if she has seen a PETA or HSUS animal shelter and ask her to show it to you. There are none! Only individually owned humane society shelters are out there and are connected to HSUS by the donations they offer to make them look good. PETA is their kill group, check them out. Ask her to see what is really going on and support those that actually house and care for animals. www.petakillsanimals.com Media and animal rights activists want you to believe that anyone that raises a puppy is a puppy mill. Think about it, if that were the case, and they had horrible conditions and horribley ill dogs, how would they make money? How would they be able to stay in business, and why would someone that had bought a puppy from them not turned them in? Puppy mills arent the problem here, it is a distraction for the uneducated public that allows these lunatics to continue to use your ignorance and your donation money against everyone. They arent blowing up your twin towers, but they want to methodically strip away your freedoms one at a time just the same. Check out PETA's website where their motto is one generation and out. They dont want you to have any contact with animals, they dont want you to even eat animals. Check out the HSUS organization, they want you to be free to do NOTHING! They want you to live your life as they see fit, not as you or God sees fit. Dont sit still and feel that none of this is your business ... it is! Your rights are soon diminishing by the laws being passes as no one notices. Anyone ever read the Constitution!? We have rights as humans, God given as well. The elusive Puppy Mills are the pretend target right now, and the media claims that they are ridding the world of evil puppy mills, give me a break! Those quality pet breeders and farmers are already starting to go away due to the actions of uneducated lawmakers, leaving way and forcing the purchase of our food source from other countries. Check out where the veggies come from in your local super market. Wonder why the veggies are no longer coming from the US? Because they are also being outlawed and legislated away. See the pattern of legislatively getting rid of your entire food sorce? Think about it before you act, speak or donate. Be sure that you are supporting the real human causes, and not the ones who are laughing at us all the way to the bank. Winning their fight with your money. Treating us all like suckers. Once the farmers and animal food sorce goes away, who will feed you? And who will feed those rural people once they no longer have jobs? The Government... Yeah right! Wake up America! Do not ask me to support AKC. They say they support breeders, but as a person who is present at many hearings, and in the capitol, I can tell you they are not there! Oh, wait, once I saw a sales rep there for AKC selling DNA kits to the breeders on their lobby day. Then claim they were victorious for keeping a bill from passing. Thanks for nuthing AKC, you werent even there and no one there has even heard of you! People who raise animals are not out with an adgenda to keep someone else from living life as they see fit. Others are, and are willing to kill you over their opinion. So lets let them know that we are not stopping, and we will be heard, and we know just what they are doing! 2,000-3,000 new laws submitted each year? And we are tired of being legislated to death...We dont need more laws that take away our freedoms one at a time to the point we can no longer even have what we want in our own homes.

"Animal Rights" Extremists work 24/7 to legislate pet
ownership out of existence. Propaganda is being spread
by the extremists to create a crisis and get laws passed to
end all use, breeding and ownership of animals for
any reason whether you eat them, wear them or pet them.
Just give them a "tool," the extremists always say.
It doesn't matter if proposed legislation states 10 or 100
intact dogs/cats allowed, their goal is to get the "tool" to
end ALL animal breeding. Animal Rights Extremists present information based on
faulty assumptions and often times lie outright to influence
legislation. The extremists get city ordinances passed
which are then enforced by "animal rights" volunteers who
canvass neighborhoods. This is being considered at
the present time in Dallas and San Antonio. Volunteers
in Palm Beach County, FL will be given used uniforms and
training to knock on doors and check all dogs and cats for
sex organs.
With this type legislation, all dog and cat breeding is "at
the discretion" of one city staff person -- the Animal
Control Director in each city -- who can play God by
selecting which breeds will become extinct.
Legislation proposed this session clearly exposes their agenda.
This is not a "breeder" issue, it's a "pet" issue and effects everyone!
"Animal Rights" came to the U.S. from England where the
extremists succeeded in getting Pedigree to cancel its
40-year sponsorship and BBC to suspend coverage of the
Crufts Dog Show (entry of 28,000 dogs) following a biased
documentary against pedigree dogs.
The extremists now want to END ALL U.S. DOG SHOWS AND
PERFORMANCE EVENTS. PETA demonstrators dressed as Klansmen
were at the Westminster Dog Show this year comparing AKC to
the KKK. They also demonstrated at the Dallas Dog Show
in 2008 against purebred dogs and dog breeders. DO WE WANT ANOTHER GROUP LIKE THE KKK??

Next time you want to use the word puppy mill, please think twice. Every time you tell someone that you got a puppy from a puppy mill, you are spreading the propaganda and the hate. And spreading it about something that has no definition and that you know nothing about. Honestly, if you think a cage kennel is a puppy mill, it isnt. It is a USDA regulated kennel with USDA specific guidline for kennels. Read the USDA's own dog breeders regulations and you will see that the GOVERNMENT is who creates what you may think of as a puppy mill!! ** The term Puppy Mill is an insult and grates on anyone that raises animals. Do you have any idea what commitment it takes to raise animals? If you did you would have a new respect for anyone that could devote every single day and night of their lives to them. Who feeds those animals when we go away on vaccation? Oh wait... we dont go on vaccation!! I wouldnt trust anyone to care for my babies, and would rather not go away for more than a day. And even then worry about them every minute I am away. That is the type person that raises animals. Donate to them for a job well done by purchasing one of their quality raised animals. Gov Henry's wife in her infinite wisdom decided to take on the roll of God. SHe felt that it was her given duty to end the dog breeders of Oklahoma by passing a bill so horendous as to end not just dog breeders, but all species of animals. She felt that in her Christian church that man no longer had the right of dominion over animals. (Id be so embarrased to claim I was her pastor, or even went to her church)She worked hard to make sure that you had no choice but to do as she saw fit. And her crap for brains, thinking with his penis husband did as he was told and passed a bill that had no language, or title. He basically passed a law that was equivelant to signing a blank check. And felt that it was good for Oklahomans? Oklahoma is known for its animal production, and has had generations of experience in animal husbandry handed down for generations. All ended at the hand of someone who was voted in on a family values campaign. Guess it was his family values, with no concern for Oklahomans. This bill that will actually NOT rid us of any puppy mills that might be out there, but it will make you feel better thinking it will. Oklahoma is 1.8 Billion dollars in the hole, cutting programs for the elderly, and for schools, as well as a host of other programs that benefited Oklahomans just to fund this good for nothing bill to find puppy mills. This will put about 40% of the people in Oklahoma out of work to avoid the chance of jail time and thousands of dollar fines to help poor puppies. Please, the Henry's do not care about Oklahoma, they only want to do what HSUS paid them to do. A BIG FAT THANK YOU TO GOV HENRY AND HIS FAMILY FOR DESTROYING OKLAHOMA ANIMAL INDUSTIRES! What an embarrassment to Oklahoma your legacy will leave. Government officials know nothing about the dog or animal industry, and because of that little common sense tid bit you know they cannot fix any problems in that industry either. Only the people IN that industry know who is who, and what will work. Not anyone in the governemt offices. They are only doing what special interest groups pay them to vote on, nothing more. At this point, Oklahoma is farther in the hole financially than it was all in the name of a sad little puppy. Im embarassed to be an Oklahoman, and am glad Im not in The City. Those are the people who will be paying the higher tax rates to pay for the new dog bill. Oh and dont forget about the 40,000 families who will go out of business becasue of it, they have to eat as well. They will either go to the welfare programs, or leave the state to further impoverish itself. Thanks Gov Henry for that one, we will all remember you! ** One last note... read this bill if you have family here or plan to come for a visit. Dont come visiting aunt Betty with your little dog or cat in tow. This bill contains that you have to have an Oklahoma animal permit to carry a pet into the state or they can be confiscated imediately, euthanized imediately and there is nothing you can do about it! Read this bill, find out who the Henry's are actually working for. It isnt Oklahoma!
